When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered a white SUV in a vacant lot, where Ryan was found suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities also reported finding multiple packets of marijuana and cash in the back seat as the investigation continues.
